What to send with an RFQ
- A 3D model (STEP / IGES) or 2D drawing (PDF / DXF)
- Material and any grade or temper requirement
- Quantity — prototype, batch or annual volume
- Critical tolerances, datums and surface finish
- Finish and treatment: anodise, passivate, plate, mark
- Inspection needs: FAIR, CoC, material certs, ISO 13485

The questions buyers ask first
No fixed MOQ. We run one-off prototypes, bridge batches and repeat production; on a small job the set-up simply spreads over fewer parts, and we'll tell you where a larger batch changes the unit price.
Machined prototypes typically ship in 1–2 weeks; production batches and assemblies in 2–5 weeks depending on finish, treatment and volume. We commit to a date at quote and hold to it.
Aluminium, stainless, titanium, copper, brass and engineering plastics from bar, plate and sheet. General machining to ISO 2768-f; on critical features we routinely hold ±0.01 mm, verified by CMM and documented in the report.
Yes — first-article inspection in AS9102 format on every new part number and revision, plus full dimensional reports, certificates of conformance and material traceability on request.
We manage anodising, alodine, passivation, plating, bead-blast, powder-coat and laser marking through qualified partners, tracked on the job traveller so the part arrives finished and marked.
Regularly — to the US, EU, Japan and Singapore. We prepare export packing, marking and the documentation your freight forwarder needs.
