Framework, jigs & end-effectors for an automation integrator
Machined and fabricated framework, precision jigs and gripper end-effectors for a turnkey assembly cell, built to the integrator's BOM and functionally checked before despatch.

The brief
An automation integrator needed the mechanical build for an assembly cell — welded base frame, machined tooling plates, part-nest jigs and gripper end-effectors — on a compressed timeline, built to their BOM and dimensionally right the first time so the cell would drop in on site.
What we made
We split the job across the fabrication and machining cells running in parallel, held the tooling-plate hole patterns to position on the CMM, and dry-assembled the jigs and end-effectors before powder-coat. The kit shipped with an as-built dimensional record and a functional-check sheet; the cell commissioned on schedule.
