Stainless enclosures & chassis for a diagnostics instrument
316L sheet-metal enclosures, sub-chassis and perforated panels for a bench-top diagnostics analyser, bead-blasted and passivated with full lot traceability.

The brief
A diagnostics maker in Batu Kawan was moving a product from prototype to volume and needed a supplier who could hold the sheet-metal tolerances, keep the brushed cosmetic finish consistent batch to batch, and work to their ISO 13485 supplier controls with per-lot traceability.
What we made
We laser-cut and formed the enclosures and chassis, fitted PEM hardware and TIG-welded seams where the design needed them, then bead-blasted and passivated to a controlled finish standard. Each lot ships with a certificate of conformance, material certs and a dimensional report; the programme now runs on a rolling four-week schedule.
