First-article inspection
Every new part number and revision is measured against your drawing and released with an AS9102-format FAIR before a batch runs.

CMM & vision metrology
Coordinate-measuring, vision and surface instruments verify critical dimensions; gauge R&R keeps the measurement itself honest.

In-process SPC
Key characteristics are tracked with statistical process control on the machine, so drift is caught before it becomes a reject.

Traceability
Material lots, mill certs, machine, program and operator are recorded, so any part can be traced back and a certificate of conformance issued per lot.
